Date Online | Self-Service Tool Replaces Online@Duke

After several months of testing, OIT’s account self-service tool will officially replace Online@Duke starting Thursday, March 22.

As of that date, Online@Duke will no longer be available. All traffic will be redirected to the new tool at .

From the self-service tool, users can:

search the online directory by name, NetID, Duke Unique ID or phone number

change NetID password

manage challenge/response questions

manage email (set up message filters, forwarding and automated out-of-office replies)

handle some ePrint functions.

The self-service tool was launched in July and has run in parallel with Online@Duke since then while OIT has gathered and incorporated user feedback and suggestions.
